Matt Wolf currently serves as CEO of Botannis Labs, Inc. He has over 25 years of industry experience, bringing vast expertise in development, testing, manufacturing, and packaging of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
Mark’s 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry provides Botannis strong leadership and well-rounded support for our customers. Mark’s vision and commitment to exceeding expectations has helped achieve rigorous quality control standards which are visible in every facet of the company.
As COO, Jeff designs operations strategies, spearheads internal discussions, and takes charge of new initiatives to facilitate growth at Botannis. Bringing a “roll up your sleeves” approach into every aspect of the company as COO, Jeff can often be found working tirelessly to improve and streamline processes from the lab to the loading dock. Jeff earned his B.S. in Chemistry at SUNY Geneseo, his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Brown University, and his MBA from Stony Brook University.
Mathew Chamakkala is an accomplished compliance driven QC Professional with about 40 years of progressive experience in Pharmaceutical Quality Control and Analytical Research and Development. He has a proven record in the design, set-up, and validation of all processes and procedures necessary to develop and operate a cGMP compliant laboratory. Mathew obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Mar Ivanios College-Kerala University and a Master of Business Administration degree from C.W. POST-Long Island University.
Kevin holds a B.S. degree in Chemistry from Stony Brook University and brings Botannis the benefit of more than 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry – including an extensive background in Quality Control (QC) Operations and Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) for hundreds of drug and vitamin materials, and thousands of formulations.
Nick is a licensed New York attorney specializing in regulatory and compliance. A graduate of Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Dean School of Law, Nick serves as an invaluable advisor on state and federal cannabis regulatory issues, existing legislation, FDA/DEA/FTC related matters, and packaging and labeling of products. He is also a proud member of the International Cannabis Bar Association.
Nick’s specialized expertise offers our clients an added layer of security, ensuring that all claims and messaging complies with federal and state regulations and legal guidelines.
Dan has an undergraduate Bachelors degree from Middlebury College in Vermont. He is also a graduate of the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. He brings more than thirty-five years of finance and accounting experience in investment banking, operational accounting, and serving middle-market clients in the process of raising equity capital for growth or fulfilling shareholders’ liquidity goals.
